I've got the same problem. The Videos are just Pitch black and only the Audio is played. I tried to play the videos in Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, Windows Media Player, VLC and Microsoft Zune. None of them were able to show me the Video... (Of course I could convert them in Act...

Please try using the latest experimental Virtualdub: http://sourceforge.net/projects/virtualdub/files/virtualdub-experimental/1.10.2.34807/VirtualDub-1.10.2.zip/download Copy file to folder again, etc. If that does not work, then I'm completely out of ideas. Create the Plugins32 folder yourself and copy the file there. :) Now this is what its showns...
