Ok, I suffered from the same problem today after the update to 1.13.1.0 and after a conversation with the Mirillis Team on Twitter they provided me with the link for the previous version of the software. This fixed the problem for me. So uninstall your current 'Action' client and install the new one...

Yes, I have the same problem. However two days ago it worked perfectly with my 660 Ti, now however, any game that I play has these micro freezes. They are evident in the recordings also. I tried recording at different frame rates and that didn't help either. Someone please help!
