Yes, there are shortcuts available for volume control:
"+" is for increasing volume
"-" is for decreasing volume
"m" is for mute/unmute

For more shortcuts please refer to Splash Lite "Quickstart/Getting started" (available in Splash installation folder or through Mirillis program group in Windows start menu.

I can customize shortcuts in future releases? Like in Media Player Classic - Home Cinema?

This is considered for future releases. We also consider adding customized RCU controls.
