If it converts files between formats then it is not very diffrerent to other programs. If picture2 processing was applied slowly to a video file artefacts would be eliminated and would require less cpu power than real time processing. Are there any plans to have a unique program that applies picture2 post processing to a video file ?
Thanks.
Yes, we plan to add this functionality in the future but we do not know when this will be available (maybe in Splash PRO EX 2.0). First we plan to improve Motion2 little more to get the best possible quality.

Is there any plan to add forced subtitles to the video output? EG have subtitles on devices that can't read external ones.

Well great, i can wait as long as it is in the works. Applying motion2 slowly will make motion interpolation perfect. Otherwise it requires a very powerful htpc setup for real time processing.

We plan to introduce advanced view for export window in later versions and we could add this feature.
I will check if it is already planned, and if not will put this on a list.
In first version there will be basic view available and this will be not available.

judging the screenshots on the website for the export version, i haven't seen any batch module for conversion. Will you support right clicking folders for example to convert all files at once?

This will be added with "advanced view".

What about export format selection?
Sometimes I need to convert videos (usually from video camera and some HD AVI's) to MKV but only mp4 container is available.

This is planned for future versions but it will be rather available from Splash PRO 2.0

We plan to add more export file formats, planned formats are M2TS and MKV.
It will be added in future versions but currently it is hard to say when it will be available.
