Im having some recordering issues, well.. yes and no,

I can record everything fine no lag no nothing, but when the video appears in my movies bin, and i open it up it appears like this :

Someone help me please, i have a WELL enough computer to record this, so dont ask me if my computer meets the minimum requirements please. i really need to fix this problem

i never had it.
if u have a cracked version so but the software.
at first i was using the cracked version too but i had some problems, so i bought the software and everything is good
