No mic sound anymore

hello, i just bought this last week.
had it working decent, i didnt like that while recording, my friends voice is strong, and my mic is weak (weaker than my voip software) but i can still be heard, and yes i maxed the DB and mic vol. and when i do talk I have to balance the 2 audio channels instead of letting them both play at max volume.

Anyways My main issue is now all of a sudden my Mic is not being recorded, (im still on vid+audio = 1 file)
and all same settings, realtek speakers and mic, and every other program hears my mic just not Action! anymore.

im obviously using a 3.5mm rca mic with realtek drivers,(newest yes)
it worked yesterday, and i didn't even turn off my pc.
even recording just audio dose not record my mic.

1: is "allow multi channel audio just 2-ch left and right, or surround sound, or does it mean record game, my music, and me speaking at same time?

2: is multicore recording messed up? i know some games and programs have issues with some pc's (i got a nice pc though)

this sucks, the demo worked fine then i buy the software and it screws up within 24hrs.

I'd give them a chance mate, the support here so far from what I've experienced myself has been outstanding.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with activation because there's no connection between activating software and its functionality. Please contact our support team via support@mirillis.com for individual help.
