Micro freeze with GTX 660 Ti

Wed Feb 27, 2013 4:06 pm

Hi,

I just received my new GTX 660 Ti (MSI power edition) and when I capture during the game, it suffers of micro freezes. It films for 5 seconds then it has a micro freeze (less than 1sec) then smooth for 5 sec and again micro freeze, and so on. (exactly 5 seconds each time)

I have the latest version of Mirillis and Nvidia drivers 310.61.

I tried it on several games, same results.

I uninstalled it and installed it 5 times.

Fraps and MSI Afterburner work fine but Mirillis Action is much much better.

Yes, I have the same problem. However two days ago it worked perfectly with my 660 Ti, now however, any game that I play has these micro freezes. They are evident in the recordings also. I tried recording at different frame rates and that didn't help either. Someone please help!

Hello, i bought Action! yesterday and got the latest version and experienced the exact same issue! I then re-installed 1.13.0 and it worked just like it used to :) it's only an issue in the newest version. If you download 1.13.0 it does not stutter!

Ok, I suffered from the same problem today after the update to 1.13.1.0 and after a conversation with the Mirillis Team on Twitter they provided me with the link for the previous version of the software. This fixed the problem for me. So uninstall your current 'Action' client and install the new one from this link:
Don't worry if you get a warning, I got the same thing. Download it and put in your serial key again and don't install the new version when it prompts you. It should fix the problem. I realise you might be wary of downloading from the link so here is the Twitter conversation: https://twitter.com/MirillisTeam/status ... 2588170241

Appears to be like this for a lot of people, including myself. Any ETA on a fix?

We already found a cause of this issue. Fix will be included in 1.13.2 which will be ready within next few hours.
