Very simple here. If your company is not responding to user requests (important ones to many of us like subtitles, Windows Media Center integration with Media Browser, Media Center keyboard maps, A way to gracefully exit Splash when pressing the stop button when played via MediaBrowser etc, and many many other awesome navigating suggestions by the "Rain" gentleman) time and time again, we will be glad to go else where and it is already happening due to negative posts about Mirillis on other forums.
I am actually telling people to not buy your products as I see your last 4 to 5 releases "ALL" have none, I REPEAT NONE of what we all been begging for almost a year now. That to me says alot about your company.
I, if you remember, took the time to write and recommend you folks to MediaBrowser community, telling them how awesome your solution until now.
Very very disappointed customer.
