purchased the product no email

i bought the action package about 2:00 today never received a email i sent in a email stating that and haven't got a response in about 7 hours? i'm annoyed and pissed off there is no other way to contact these people but threw email now im sitting here waiting for them to respond to me at there leisure wich is bs when im spending money at their site you would think u put a little more effort into ur customer service maybe put a chat or a number to call

At first check your spam folder or your e-mail associated with your PayPal account. Check if there is no mistake in your e-mail address. If you did all of this please wait for the support or sale team to contact you.
