FLV support would be great, but this is not a big deal (at least for me) because:

1. You can use MPC (Media Player Classic) that plays FLVs and is free and you don't even have to install it, just put files in some folder. *link removed*

2. Currently most if not all FLVs out there are encoded with H.264 for video and AAC for audio. The same combination is used for MP4 container. You can easily convert from FLV to MP4 container without any re-encoding using free tool like XviD4PSP. Just select "Copy" profile for video and audio. I use this method on a regular basis. It takes from few seconds to few minutes to do conversion. http://www.videohelp.com/tools/XviD4PSP

Thanks lluvia :)

WMV works. 3GP is odd, very low quality and I see no need to add it.
But FLV can support 480p like MPEG2 SD, very useful!

Haha... Very many players can plays FLVs. We know that! But they (other players) also can play and mp4, and avi, mkv, wmv, mpg, ts... So why does we needs this Splash player if other players can play all video-formats too?! I doesn't want to use many players, I wanna use ONE player on my computer and thats because I wonna FLV supports for this player.
